FAQ
Common questions
Anything not covered here, just ask. I answer honestly even when the answer is “that’s not my strength”.
A custom WordPress theme usually lands between $4,000 and $12,000 CAD depending on template count and integrations; web apps start around $10,000. You get a fixed price before anything begins, so the number in the proposal is the number you pay.
A marketing site is typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff, an app MVP 8–12. The biggest variable is content and feedback turnaround on your side, so I'll tell you exactly what I need and when.
Yes. I'm based in Toronto and work Eastern Time, which overlaps comfortably with all of North America and most of Europe's afternoon. Plenty of my clients I've never met in person.
Often, yes. It's a large part of what I do. It starts with a short paid audit so I can tell you honestly whether the existing code is worth keeping or whether a rebuild will cost you less in the long run.
That's the point. Content is wired into ACF fields and block patterns with sensible labels, and you get a recorded walkthrough plus written docs at handover. No developer needed to change a heading.
30 days of bug fixes are included with every project. After that you can go it alone, come back per-hour when you need something, or take a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, monitoring and a block of change requests.
